Will I get a refund if I cancel my CSCS Card Application?
For CSCS Card applications you will get a full refund minus a £20 admin fee if your original application was submitted to us less than 30 days ago and/or we have started working on your application.
If your application has been submitted or your application was completed more than 30 days ago no refund can be given. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the correct documentation before submitting your application.
We also operate a fair refund policy. If you make an order for a CSCS Card and we haven’t started your application you will be refunded in full.
