If your application has been submitted or your application was completed more than 30 days ago no refund can be given. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the correct documentation before submitting your application.
The CITB Health, Safety and Environment test is sometimes referred to as the CSCS test because once completed candidates can apply for a CSCS Card. Although CSCS cards should not be viewed as a passport to working in the construction industry, they are now widely required on the majority of construction sites and by contractors.
