An advisor shall contact you shortly and schedule your exam. The advisor will provide you with the confirmed test time, venue and required documents you need to take with you.

As per our terms and conditions, CSLINKS are not responsible for candidates who failure their test, in order for us to re-book the test, the client would have to pay again

If you failed you need to re-book the Health and Safety test and you have to pay again the full amount for the test. Please contact our Sales department on 0844 682 0844.

If you could not sit the test due to ill-health, please may you supply CSCS Direct with a doctor’s note, and we shall re-schedule the test. However if you cannot provide evidence of this, we shall re-schedule the test after payment has been made

Usually within 5 to 10 minutes but if you make a booking over the weekend or on a bank holiday, you will be confirmed for a test time the following working day. You will receive a call from us to confirm your booking date, time and place.

There can be special arrangements made for clients that are Dyslexic.This can be done with prior arrangement with CSCS Direct UK.We can arrange that a Manager or the invigilator read out the questions to you. The health and safety test costs £28. The cost of the test is inclusive of an Administrative cost. The benefit of booking the test with Construction Support Line are:

Tests are booked promptly after payment is made.

You will be booked in for the correct test, as there are different tests depending on your occupation and qualification.

All your special needs will be fulfilled as Construction Support Line can arrange tests for Dyslexic clients and if you require a translator.

The Supervisor Health and Safety test is for 45 minutes and there are around 50 questions.
