Catch any bus from the Bus Station which goes past East Reach and get off at the stop just past the Petrol Garage/Tesco Express. Cross the road and walk to the corner then turn right into Victoria Street. Go to the top of the hill and we are in Victoria House on the Ground Floor. (The large building on the left.) Full dsiabled access is available. Wheelchair users have access from the car park at the back into the main building
